FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns biotechnology. Various kinds of animals are sensitised with using a suspension containing 10±2.0 mg/ml of killed tuberculosis mycobacteria of different kinds (bovine, avian and atypical), 1-3 mg/ml of aluminium hydroxide and up to 100 ml of physiologic saline by single subcutaneous introduction in amount 5.0 ml to cattle, 2-3 ml to pigs and 0.3-0.5 ml to chicken and cavy. Then 30-45 days later, tuberculin is injected intradermally to evaluate allergic reaction in animals. The biological model is used to control tuberculous allergens, to practice tuberculin-testing and to determine contraindications thereto.
EFFECT: method allows for pluripotential safe biological modelling.
