SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mobile station in a multi-interval system, made with possibility of relaying another station. In this device in time interval t1 mobile station MS2 sends data S2, meant for base station BS1, to mobile station MS1. Mobile station MS1 receives data S2 and temporarily stores them in a buffer. Mobile station MS1 waits for time interval t4 when data S1 of mobile station MS1 are transmitted. In the said time interval, data S2 stored in the buffer are multiplexed with data S1 of mobile station MS1 and are transmitted to base station BS1.
EFFECT: reduced energy consumption by a user node.
