FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: proposed system for delivery of agricultural product as per demand and the delivery system for seeds distribution are composed of a master bin mounted on a frame with a sprayer unit whereto accordingly the product or seeds mass contained inside the bin is delivered and an application unit (seeding unit in case of the seeds distribution system). The sprayer unit contains at least a single air inlet and at least a ingle outlet for the product or seeds. Pneumatically connected to the sprayer unit is a water pump for generation of compressed air delivered to the unit specified. In such a case the product or seeds mass as contained inside the sprayer unit becomes caught into the air stream as flowing through the sprayer unit towards the product/seeds outlet. The application unit (multiple seeding units in case of the seeds distribution system) is equipped with a doser for distribution of the product or the seeds about the field and an auxiliary bin mounted between the specified outlet and the product/seeds doser (in case of the seeds distribution system each seeding unit contains a seeds doser and an auxiliary bin as well as a furrow ripper intended to provide for a seeding furrow formation). The auxiliary bin is connected to the product/seeds outlet of the master bin so that to enable the stream flow. In case of the product delivery system the specified possibility of product delivery is realised with the help of a hose. Inside the master bin an agitator is installed for delivery of the product or seeds into the air stream. The systems are additionally equipped with a sensor providing for response to the value of the product or seeds stream flow rate through the specified product/seeds outlet and a control system connected to the sensor and the agitator so that to enable signal transfer. The control system is designed so that to enable actuation of the agitator when the value of the product or seeds stream flow rate drops below the level preset. The agitation systems for the systems specified contains a tank for product withholding with an agitator installed inside the tank, the above-specified air pump, sprayer unit and control system, the connection therebetween being as specified above.
EFFECT: invention enables improved reliability and reduction of demand for the operator's interference.
