SUBSTANCE: there are offered: application of 6-[3-(1-adamantyl)-4-methoxyphenyl]-2-naphthoic acid (adapalene) or its salts for making a pharmaceutical composition used for treating inflammatory or proliferative dermatological diseases chosen from common acne, comedo polymorphic acne, nodulocystic acne, acne conglobata, secondary acne, including solar, drug or professional acne, extensive and/or severe psoriasis, ichthyosis and ichthyosis conditions, Darier's disease, palmoplantar keratoderma, White's disease and post-inflammatory pigmentation. The pharmaceutical composition contains 0.3 wt % of adapalene of total weight of the composition, and represents cream or gel (versions), and the appropriate pharmaceutical composition.
EFFECT: there is shown efficacy of the composition from the 1st week of treatment with good tolerance.
