SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. The invention is a biopreservative for fermenting haylage in the form of a lyophilized powder containing a mixture of biomass of bacterial strains: Enterococcus faecium BOA-1 RNCIM B-28720 - 2.3×1010 CFU/g; Lactobacillus plantarum RNCIM V-11264 – 1.2×1011 CFU/g; Propionibacterium freudenreichii subsp. Shermanii RNCIM B-5592 - 2.2×109 CFU/g; Lactobacillus fermentum VKPM B-7573 – 1.2×1010 CFU/g; Lactobacillus buchneri RNCIM V-7641 - 1.2×1011 CFU/g, and enzymes: amylase - 300 units/g; glucanase - 300 units/g; xylanases - 300 units/g; cellulase - 100 units/g.
EFFECT: invention allows extending the preservative and bactericidal effect of the complex of living bacteria and biopreservative enzymes on the ensiled plant mass.
