FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry. Poured into mold material is subject from below to accelerated cooling for formation in bottom part of ingot of compact-grained. From above material is bubbled by gas-gas producing substances of material for creation of porous structure. It is kept rate of cooling of material in bottom part 5-12 times more, than in top. Pressure of penetrating into material gas in top part is increased 6-15 times in comparison to primary pressure and it is isolated as maximal during period of material hardening in mould.
EFFECT: there is provided labour coefficient reduction of cast product receiving with dense and porous parts of material in ingot.
