FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. Proposed method comprises fabricating a mould and pouring material melt therein. Heat resistant products are placed into mould bottom with gaps between their sidewalls and total area of the gap cross section making 0.04-0.12 of total area of cross section of aforesaid heat resistant products. Said gaps are filled with heat resistant compound to 0.3-0.6 of heat resistant product sidewall height. Mould is assembled. Cast iron melt is poured into the mould, cast iron shrinkage being smaller than sizes of heat resistant products after cooling down, to fill the gaps between aforesaid products and space above them. Melt is poured into mould at temperature lower than heat resistant product softening temperature and allowing hardening and sintering of heat resistant compound in said gaps.
EFFECT: lower labor input.
