FIELD: woodworking industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to woodworking industry for production of peeled veneer and in particular to units of chucks alignment and feed into peeler machine. Device for alignment and loading consists of unit for acceptance and feed of chuck to zone of alignment of two pneumatic cylinders that freely rotate in hinged joints installed on frame of peeler machine with unit of alignment and feed hingedly joined to stems of pneumatic cylinders. Upper and lower lifting tongs are fixed on shafts with the help of through prismatic keys in according positions. Mutual location of upper and lower lifting tongs provides for symmetry of their motion by means of synchronisation mechanism. Lower forks are rigidly fixed to tongs by means of grips, and upper ones are left as freely rotating along axis. Short levers are installed onto rotary axes on top and bottom, which have identical distances between parallel axis of bracket openings and axis of joint with dimensional traction rod, and length of dimensional rod between its axes of fixation is permanent. Unit of chuck acceptance and feed into zone of alignment consists of two supports in the form of V-shaped prisms, which are installed on bases that move in horizontal plane perpendicularly to vertical plane, which passes through axis of peeler machine spindles rotation. Bases with supports are combined by frame, thus creating movable platform, which is installed on two guides in the form of triangular prisms, along which it moves, having according responsive parts at the bottom. Unit has limiter of vertical abruption of movable platform from guides, which consists of flange, in the form of protruding plates installed at the bottom to base and with ledge inside triangular slot on external sides. Guides along the whole length at external sides have according slots, in which protruding parts of plates move. Supports, on the side of chuck feed, have extenders that close technological zone and on the other side - limiters. Mechanism of synchronisation consists of two "Г"-shaped levers, upper shelves of which are directed towards single side and are hingedly joined with vertical traction rods by left horizontal stem and right horizontal stem, between which there is unit of synchronisation mechanism, which consists of stepped cylinder, at external diametre of which there is thread arranged, and in cavity of which there is one spring installed with support against ledge and sleeve bottom, and the second spring is installed in cavity of captive nut and in cavity of stepped cylinder with support against end, which is formed by internal threaded opening of captive nut and to other side of ledge. The right horizontal stem at the side of synchronisation mechanism unit additionally has hollow insert with internal thread, in which pusher is screwed into, with spring passing via through hole in captive nut end, and on threaded extended end of pusher there is a captive nut provided with support against hollow insert.

EFFECT: simplified design and increased reliability, which affects prime cost of finished product, increased accuracy of alignment, and as a result, reduction of veneer wastes - tears in process of barking.
