FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention represents the method for molecular typing Chlamydia trachomatis by sequencing the variable regions of three Chlamydia trachomatis genes, such as ompA, tsf, pmpF, produced of bacterial DNA Chlamydia trachomatis recovered from a clinical material of patients suffering from urogenital Chlamydia and underwent amplification followed with restoration of analysed gene sequences, alignment and comparative analysis of nucleotide sequences.
EFFECT: possibility to improve resolution of the method for molecular typing Chlamydia trachomatis, reproducibility and efficiency of the method, to facilitate interpretation of the obtained results and ease of effect.
