SUBSTANCE: invention represents the method for molecular typing of Neisseria gonorrhoeae by sequencing variable regions of three genes Neisseria gonorrhoeae, such as "por", tbp and one of most variable genes of constitutive Neisseria gonorrhoeae - gene glnA - Glutamme synthetase, made by the standard method of pure culture of strain Neisseria gonorrhoeae, thereafter amplified that is followed with recovery of sequences of the analysed genes, alignment and comparative analysis of nucleotide sequences.

EFFECT: higher resolving power of the method for typing of Neisseria gonorrhoeae.
