FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method includes materials charging into cupola stack and feeding of heated air blow into combustion zone. Into air blast it is fed water vapour in amount 12-15% of total amount of air blow, herewith air blow is heated at feeding into combustion zone up to temperature 450-550°C.
EFFECT: usage of invention provides melting of materials on anthracite and increasing of thermal coefficient of efficiency of furnace, not interrupting operating practices of melting.
