FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in charging material into shaft of cupola furnace and in blowing into oxygen zone. To intensify combustion and to avoid cracking during melt lumps of fuel are soaked and conditioned during 25-35 minutes in water suspension of wastes of converter production on base of iron oxides of Fe2O3 and CaO type before charging into furnace. Also air blast to an oxygen zone is heated to 450-550°C.
EFFECT: intensified process of combustion and prevention of fuel lumps cracking at melting.
