FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: steel contains carbon, manganese, silicon, sulphur, phosphorus, chrome, nickel, copper, aluminium, vanadium and iron at following ratio of ingredients, wt %: carbon 0.6-1.1, manganese 0.1-1.0, silicon 0.1-2.0, sulphur ≤ 0.02, phosphorus ≤ 0.02, chrome ≤ 1.5, nickel ≤ 1.0, copper ≤ 1.0, aluminium from more than 0.03 up to 0.04, vanadium from more than 0.1 up to 0.15, iron is the rest. In steel microstructure content of lamellar pearlite 1-2 scores is not less than 80%.
EFFECT: there is increased yield of qualitative reinforcing wire with required strength properties.
