SUBSTANCE: aquatic facility for coating on metallic surface contains organic silicon compound, allowing in one molecule two or more functional groups (a), corresponding formula SiR1R2R3, where R1, R2 and R3 correspond mutually independent from each other alkyl groups, alkosyl groups or hydroxyl groups, and at least one of them is alkosyl group, and at least one hydrophilic functional group (b), selected from hydroxyl groups, which differs from hydroxyl groups, presenting in functional groups (a), amides, carboxyl groups, groups of phosphoric, phosphonic, sulfonic acids, polyoxyethylene chains and amide groups, and allowing molecular weight with one functional group (b) 100-10000. Method includes application of mentioned aquatic facility on surface of metallic material and its drying for formation of coating 10-3000 mg/m2 if calculate for SiO2.
EFFECT: well stability of coating against corrosion and adhesion, well thermostability, weldability, long-term workability and electric conduction, stability against fingerprints and paint adhesion.
