FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: when implementing the method, metal working device is lowered down on pipe column and put on metal object subject to fracture; object is treated with electric current, fractured products are removed from working area with working liquid flow. Well is filled with working liquid being a dielectric and associated hydrocarbon raw material. Metal working device includes tool electrode which is cathode in relation to the fractured object. Boring casing is connected to positive terminal of current source. Fractured products are removed from working area with working liquid flow in combination with longitudinal vibration of tool electrode. Electrode gap is adjusted with supply control. Metal working is performed at constant current of welding rectifier.

EFFECT: increasing efficiency of repair works, reducing labour input of the process.
