FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices for repair of pipeline sections in emergency condition without interruption in product transit. Device comprises two cylindrical half vessels, tightly arranged ends, and is installed onto damaged section of pipeline with clearance. Half vessel consists of cylindrical power steel shell, cylindrical thin-walled shell, metal plugs at ends, inlet and outlet nozzles. Shells produce independent cavity with the possibility of its filling with hardening mixture on the basis of cement. Shells are joined with channel bars, which are welded to them. Diametre of power shell is 40-120 mm more than diametre of thin-walled shell. In clearance between thin-walled shell and repaired pipeline there are multiple elements of elastic material installed with height that is not less than clearance size. Installation of half vessels onto pipeline is executed by pressing of half vessels to each other and welding. Filling of independent cavities with hardening mixture may be selective. Mixture in process of hardening may be pressurised.
EFFECT: increased coefficient of pipeline strength margin at repaired section not lower than its initial level with simplification of repair technology, increased service life of pipeline and repair quality.
