SUBSTANCE: picker device for picking of fruit located at long stem of plant comprises holder with extended picking slot moved along soil. Picking slot is oriented with its longitudinal axis vertically or substantially vertically relative to soil. Stem is fed to picking slot with orientation of its longitudinal axis parallel or substantially parallel to longitudinal axis of picking slot, where fruit is separated.
EFFECT: reduced losses of crops with improved speed of picking.
