SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to devices for processing signals of biological observations, which uses signal of colour image on monitor as spectrum image. Device contains illumination module and unit of control over signal processing for photoelectric transformation of light reflected from live body. Device of signal processing includes unit of spectrum signal creation for creation of spectrum signal, including first spectrum signal corresponding to case when illumination or image reading is carried out in preliminarily set wavelength band, and second spectrum signal, corresponding to case when illumination or image reading is carried out in wavelength band, which at least partly differs from preliminarily set wavelength band, and unit of colour regulation for regulation of colour tone and giving to first and second spectrum signals RGB channel image signals. In second version device has also multitude of light sources for irradiation differing one from another in spectral characteristics as illuminating light.

EFFECT: increase of accuracy and reliability if image and correction of information about biological tissue on given depth.
