FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has control unit for controlling main units, light source having continuous radiation spectrum, light source having monochromatic radiation spectrum, two light guides for transmitting light flows optically conjugated with the corresponding light sources, light guide for transmitting images of tissue surface under examination, light divider, the first output of the light divider being coupled with visualization channel, the second one being coupled with optoelectronic unit input of spectrum analyzer. The device also has optoelectronic unit of spectrum analyzer, unit for performing analog-to-digital conversion and conjugation to computer and that of the computer to monitor. Optoelectronic unit of spectrum analyzer has scanning unit provided with one coordinate scanning function mounted on the optical axis of the corresponding output of the light divider and spectral dispersing unit optically bound to it at which input slit aperture is mounted in image plane directed in perpendicular to scanning coordinate and at which output matrix photoelectric transducer is mounted which output is connected to input of unit for performing analog-to-digital conversion and conjugation to computer. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of oncologic diagnoses. 1 dwg
