FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to obstetrics. Sphygmogram is registered and by its form calculated are acuity of pulse wave, which equals the 1-st index of peripheral resistance equal ctgα3, the 2-nd index of peripheral resistance equal relative value of dicrotic wave equal and pulse wave rate, where is the ratio of time of quick pressure rise in systole to systole time, α3 is angle of the 1-st catocratic phase decline, is the ratio of dicrotic wave pressure amplitude to amplitude of pressure in systole. Normal diastolic blood flow in uterine arteries is evaluated by reduction of pulse wave spread rate, the first and the second indices of peripheral resistance, increase of pulse wave acuity and relative value of dicrotic wave with growth of gestational age.
EFFECT: method simplifies diagnostics and simultaneously makes it possible to increase reliability of determining diastolic blood flow in uterine arteries.
