DEVICE FOR INFLUENCING PATIENT'S CIRCULATORY SYSTEM WITH ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELD AND CORRESPONDING METHOD Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC A61N2/00

Abstract RU 2757080 C2

FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, a device for influencing the patient’s circulatory system with an electromagnetic field and a corresponding method. The device for influencing the patient’s circulatory system with an alternating electromagnetic field contains means of influencing the patient's circulatory system with the alternating electromagnetic field, a control unit made with the possibility to control the operation of the specified device, wherein the control unit contains software tools that provide the possibility to supply control commands to create the alternating electromagnetic field on a predetermined part of a patient’s body using means of influencing with the alternating electromagnetic field, as well as provide the possibility of processing the results of such an influence. The device also contains a measuring unit capable of measuring physiological parameters of the patient’s cardiovascular system, a displaying unit made with the possibility of displaying measured and calculated physiological parameters of the patient’s cardiovascular system. The alternating electromagnetic field, which influences the patient’s circulatory system, is characterized by an amplitude of magnetic induction, which ranges from 0.04 MT to 0.06 MT, and a frequency that ranges from 700 Hz to 900 Hz.

EFFECT: specified device provides an increase in endothelial function under the influence of the alternating electromagnetic field.
