SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to magnetic therapy. For this purpose electromagnetic impact is performed on entire organism. Signal is formed with specified coordination of approximating function of spectrum. Approximating function of spectrum of heart rate fluctuation is calculated on the basis of patient's individual cardiogram, registered immediately before beginning of each electromagnetic impact.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to optimise parameters of electromagnetic impact individually as well as performed correcting influence on indices of heart rhythm regulation and myocardium repolarisation, contributes to normalisation of vegetative nervous system function, is safe in application.
