FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine and cosmetology, and covers development medical products of animal origin. There is offered immunomodulatory, antiinflammatory and wound healing preparation characterised by that it represents 1,4; 1,6-α-D-glucan which contains glucose - at least 98% and protein - no more than 1.5%, and made of an extract formed in heating of mussels in water during 1.0 - 2.0 hours at 90-95°C, thereafter purified by precipitation of impurities, hollow-fibre dialysis and anionite chromatography, preferentially anionite AN-31.
EFFECT: preparation does not cause delayed reaction, does not express proinflammatory action that leads to reduction of by-effects in therapeutic application.
