FIELD: production processes.

SUBSTANCE: presented group of inventions refers to method of discharge of bulk material from hopper with continuous transiting of bulk material. Hopper is provided with discharge hole of circular section or polygonal and is designed for transiting of bulk material through it. Hopper discharge hole is divided into several separate partial discharge holes with cross-sections of the same form. Separate partial discharge holes are provided with individual discharge devices controlled independent form each other. Discharge devices are helical, rocking or belt conveyor. Next to controlled discharge devices, continuous operating transporter for integration of all flows of bulk material coming from controlled discharge devices is installed. Uniformity of bulk material discharge by continuous operating discharge devices is ensured by means of control of productivity of each discharge device depending on measuring signals provided by several sensors of the same structural type, each sensor is functionally connected to one of discharge devices. Productivity of discharge devices is controlled based on local mass rate of flow and temperature of bulk material in corresponding separate sections of hopper. During transition of electroconductive bulk materials through hopper which are to be subject to resistance heating by electrodes located inside hopper, productivity of discharge devices is controlled based on measured intensity of current running through electrodes.

EFFECT: providing of bulk material discharge which is controlled and uniform along cross section of hopper, automatic adjustment to variable parametres of initial bulk materials supplied to hopper, providing of the same temperature of bulk material discharged from hopper in all separate partial discharge holes.
