SUBSTANCE: pressure vessel (10) comprises shell (18), liner (20) and boss (16). Liner (20) is located inside shell (18) and forms internal medium (17). Boss (16) is located on first contact surface (60) between shell (18) and liner (20). Boss (16) includes cavity (27) and ventilation structure (28) located in cavity (27). Cavity (27) is located on second contact surface (62) between liner (20) and boss (16), and cavity (27) is located on inner surface (31) of boss (16) in communication with inner medium (17). Cavity does not extend to the outer surface of the boss in the fluid communication with the outer one. Gas-ventilating channel (54) is formed from first contact surface (60) by means of ventilation structure (28) and extends into inner medium (17) from container (10) under pressure. Disclosure also describes boss (16) for container (10) under pressure and method of making boss (16). Boss (16) includes hole (26), flange (24), cavity (27) and gas-vent structure (28). Cavity (27) and gas-vent structure (28) are located on inner side (37) of flange (24).
EFFECT: technical result is prevention of liner and deformation of liner due to formation of gas pocket.
