FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a roller installation and a product unloading unit for such an installation, which can be used in production of food products and animal feed. Roller unit comprises product intake, grinding chamber with grinding rollers and product discharge unit located below grinding chamber. A pipeline passes below the hopper. Pipeline is located below the outlet hole and is connected to the outlet hole, note here that product discharge unit comprises hopper, shoe-shaped outlet and pipeline. Hopper in its lower part, located at a distance from the grinding chamber, has a screw conveyor, which has two sections carrying out transportation in opposite directions, to move the product from the lower part of the hopper to the outlet hole in the lower part of the hopper. Product unloading unit comprises a hopper, an outlet made in the form of a shoe, and a pipeline passing below the hopper, located below the outlet hole and connected to the outlet hole. At that, the hopper in its lower part located at a distance from the grinding chamber has a screw conveyor having two sections carrying out transportation in opposite directions, to move the product from the lower part of the hopper to the outlet hole in the lower part of the hopper. Roller unit and unloading unit provide continuous unloading of product at high mass flow rates.

EFFECT: disclosed is a roller installation with improved collection of the product.
