FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used in drills with self-clamping cutter heads. Cutter head comprises working part with multiple spaced segments and tail part jointed with working part and extending toward cutter head. Every said segment has top surface, locating surface, front part jointed with head top surface and including cutting edge directed toward rotational direction and rear part jointed with head top surface and including ledge wall jointed with said rear part to extend toward cutter head. Every said segment comprises additionally locking element extending in direction opposite aforesaid rotational direction and having first wall jointed with bottom part of aforesaid ledge wall to extend in direction opposite said rotational direction, second wall jointed with aforesaid rear end of first wall to extend toward cutter head rear, and third wall jointed with bottom part of said second wall to extend along rotational direction.
