FIELD: rail transport.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises traction motors to change capacitive storage in braking, said storage being arranged on the car and connected via step-up and step-down pulsed DC voltage sources using the car standard inductive bridges as intermediate power storages. On braking the car, storage control system provides for preset dynamics of deceleration. Car starting and accelerating as well as connecting car power circuit to power circuit are initiated by control system command to maintain acceleration dynamics.
