FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: there is implemented hot and cold rolling, thermal treatment and temper rolling of strips, herewith for receiving of strip of width 0.63-1.2 mm of category of very extra complex drawing out with microroughnesses of surface in the range Ra=0.7-1.2 mcm from steel, containing, wt %: 0.02-0.04 of carbon, 0.15-0.25 manganese, not more than 0.01 of silicon, not more than 0.1 total amount of chrome, nickel and copper, and also sulphur, phosphorus, nitrogen and aluminium, hot rolling is implemented accelerated, equal not more than 0.04 m/s2, up to thickness 2.0-2.8 mm with temperature in sixth mill of continuous rolling mill T6=1060-1100°C, it is finished rolling at temperature TFR=865-895°C, coiling is implemented at temperature Tc=545-575°C, cold rolling - with total clamping in the range 57-70%, annealing of reels is implemented at temperature of final isolation 710°C and without its reduction, and temper rolling of annealed strips is implemented in rollers with roughness of its barrels Ra=2.5-3.0 mcm at reduction of cross-sectional area 0.9-1.1%.

EFFECT: obtaining strip of category of very complex drawing out with specified surface condition and roughness.
