FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: method includes cold rolling with preset value of total drafting εΣ and temper rolling of roll strips. Required level of properties is provided by the fact that steel with thickness of h=1.5...2.0 mm with content of carbon 0.03...0.05 wt %, aluminium of not more than 0.05 wt % and boron of not more than 0.003 wt % is rolled with total drafting of 55...70%, and temper rolling is carried out in rollers with average height of microroughnesses of their barrels as Ra=6...7 micrometer and with drafting of ε=0.2(7-h), %.

EFFECT: low-carbon sheet steel that contains aluminium and boron with preset consumer properties.
