FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used at manufacturing of products operating in conditions of abrasive and hydroabrasive wear, dry friction at high contact stress. It is implemented diffusion saturation of products coating by carbide formers by means of its submersion and isolation in fusible melt, containing carbide former, and thermal treatment at temperature 130-150°C during 4-5 hours.
EFFECT: steel products allowing high wear resistance.
