FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: valve can be used in the capacity of multipurpose member during pipeline transportation of gas, oil, water and other liquids and gaseous materials. In valve body nearby abutment lip it is implemented annular groove, connected by openings to inner cavity of valve. Valve seat is installed in cylindrical counterbore with restricted axial and radial clearances between abutment lip of casing and smooth cross-cut surface of reciprocal conjunctive flange. Seal face of seat matches to globular convex seal face of segment. Butt of seat is implemented as beveled. Self-sealings are installed at external surface of seat end, removed from abutment lip of casing, with sealing element at the butt, contacting to smooth face surface of abutment lip of body. Driving shaft is implemented end block with reduced cross-sectional area between mounting surfaces for installation of segment and is installed perpendicularly to central axis of valve and is shifted relative to valve axis. Into clearance between body and driving end of shaft it is installed sealing device, implemented with ability of continuous pressing to bearing sleeve. Into gap between casing and free end of shaft it is installed compaction, installed with ability of preload.
EFFECT: increasing of valve tightness at interlocking of flow, improvement of reliability, manufacturability and accuracy of manufacturing.
