SUBSTANCE: invention refers to means of grouping the supplied objects into batches. Effect is achieved by the fact that according to invention the batch corresponds to the specified criteria in relation to total weight range and, in addition, in relation to the number of objects, weight, orientation and/or type(s) of objects, at which there determined is weight of each object, which are transported by means of object transporting device, and selective transfer of objects from the above object transporting device to grouping device is performed by means of several manipulation devices of robotised type. After the group or batch of objects is obtained considering the specified criteria, the above group or batch of objects is then transported by means of batch transporting device. The above batch transporting device can contain several conveyor means.
EFFECT: increasing efficiency of forming various batches.
