SUBSTANCE: system for assembling and collecting empty pouches with spout nozzles to be transported to a remote filling device includes an assembly line having one or more stations in which pour spouts and foil bags are assembled into pouches with spouts and empty pouches with spouts unload from the assembly line. Also includes a conveyor designed to receive unloaded empty pouches with spouts from the assembly line, a plurality of storage lances designed to hold a plurality of pouches with spouts. These storage racks are located at a predetermined position at a collection point adjacent to the conveyor, a transfer robot provided at the collection point comprising a video system for performing visual observations of the conveyor identifying pouches with spout nozzles, a gripper device for capturing one or more pouches spouts and placing each of the pouches into at least one of the plurality of storage pits, a manipulator connected to the gripping device and configured to moving the gripping device, a control device configured to control the gripper and manipulator based on the piling program and observations from the video system.
