FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming smooth muscle cuff in distal portion of large intestine. Artificial sphincter is created. Abdominal oblique muscle fibers are exposed. The muscles are stratified. Muscle fascicles are superimposed one over the others by crossing them. Intermuscular loop diameter matches smooth muscle cuff diameter. The cuff is introduced into retroperitoneal canal via the crossed muscle fascicles. The lower cuff edge is sutured to the peritoneum. The upper cuff edge is attached to skin. After accomplishing sphincter training, the prepared intestine and the cuff and broad excised flap are brought out on the perineum. Skin area is excised on the perineum equal in diameter to cutanomuscular flap diameter. EFFECT: improved control of intestine content evacuation.
