FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to production of multi-component suspension based on black oil and/or coal, and water, and may be used in power industry, and also in transport industry, agriculture and medicine. At the first stage of preparation, black oil and/or coal with natural moisture and particle dimensions is loaded into grinding device with multi-staged rotor, where water is supplied simultaneously. Components are supplied at the pressure of up to 60 atmospheres and treated at the temperature of up to 100 degrees Celsius. Final treatment is carried out in additional chamber by turbulent cavitating action with simultaneous dispersion and magnetisation of component suspension. Plant comprises the main hollow volumetrical body with multi-staged rotor and additional hollow volumetrical body, which is matched by its open end to end of the main body and is arranged with magnetic chambers, inside one of which there is rotor installed with cells for cavitation, and in the second chamber there is working element installed for mixing and dispersion.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of suspension production.
