SUBSTANCE: invention relates to effluents treatment and may be used in whatever industry that requires effluents treatment. Proposed device comprises closed housing. Vertical hollow shaft is passed through face walls of said housing. Shaft lower section is provided with through lateral bores made nearby the housing face wall bottom. Housing is fitted on said hollow shaft to run in opposite direction relative to it driven by separated drive unit. Housing lateral wall is provided with through discharge bores shut off by circular gate fitted on the housing. Elements are arranged inside the housing and on hollow shaft inner surface to generate magnetic field, while housing inner lateral surface is provided with mechanism to transfer solid components toward reactor housing outlet zone.
EFFECT: simplified design, higher efficiency and quality.
