FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: present invention is related to production of flaky substrates, namely to method and system for control or adjustment of resin application in production of flaky substrates, including flaky items on wood basis. Technical result of proposed group of inventions is achieved by method for production of flaky substrates, which includes stage of collection of at least one first set of measurement data related to parametres of substrate, at the first stage of process, arranged higher along pressing stage in direction of reciprocal motion of transportation facility. Then at least one second set of measurement data is collected, and measurements are related to parametres of substrate, at the second stage of process, arranged higher along travel versus pressing stage in direction of reciprocal motion of transportation facility. Then resin batching is controlled with application of resin batching using collected measurement data from the first and second stage of process and calculated calibration model, which is based on measurement data of substrates, which is collected at the first and/or second stage of process.
EFFECT: creation of improved method and system for resin batching control in respect to accuracy of batching.
