FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technology of plate heat exchangers manufacturing, which may be used as car radiators, radiators in heating systems of residential buildings, heat exchangers of refrigerating machines. Ledges of conical shape are formed on metal plates, and holes are punched in tops of ledges with their further flanging. Then plates are assembled in packet so that ledges of one plate enter openings of the other one to produce tubular cavities. After assembly, packet of plates is submerged into bath with solution, where plates are coated with a layer of this solution. Packet of plates is removed from bath and is placed at least for 20 minutes in furnace with reducing atmosphere at the temperature of 1100-1150°C. Solution is used, which contains powder dissolved in water on the basis of copper carbonate and nickel acetate in amount of 3-10 wt %, besides content of solid phase in solution makes 60-65 wt %.

EFFECT: improved strength of plates adhesion in packet.
