FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: plates are formed, and in each of which at least one projection in the form of hollow flattened cone is made; surfaces of plates are cleaned; pack of plates is formed by subsequent installation of projection of one plate into the hole of adjacent plate with the specified gap between adjacent surfaces of plates so that heat carrier passage channel is formed. Then, brasing paste solution is prepared on the basis of copper hydrogencarbonate and nickel salts by diluting the brasing paste with water and pack of plates is submerged into prepared solution of brasing paste; after that, applied brasing paste solution is dried. Then, pack of plates is placed into high-temperature through conveyor oven in which shielding atmosphere is created with available free hydrogen and two temperature zones are formed in the direction of movement of pack of plates, in the first one of which the pack of plates is annealed, and in the second one brasing is performed and pack of plates is coated with alloy on the basis of copper; at that, movement speed of plate pack is set, which is enough for performing the annealing of plate pack in the first zone and brasing and coating of plate pack with alloy on the basis of copper in the second zone.
EFFECT: increasing service life of heat exchanger with high operating characteristics.
