FLAT STRUCTURE, WHICH CONSISTS OF BOUND SET OF CONTACTING MESHES IN FORM OF CELLS Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC B29D99/00

Abstract RU 2380230 C2

FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: structure of invention is intended for industrial applications, such as panels for buildings or panels for internal lining of various transport means. Besides panels must be light, cheap, and have proper mechanical properties. These panels should better be produced by simple, efficient methods for improvement of process profitability and to use polymers in process of production. Flat structure consists of bound set of contacting meshes in the form of cells, having any cross section, and substantially parallel walls from one mesh to the other one. Besides walls of cells include at least two parts based on various polymer compositions, and connection between parts is substantially parallel to plane of structure. Walls of cells include at least three parts on the basis of at least two various polymer compositions, connection of which is substantially parallel to plane of structure. Walls of cells include central part of this composition and two end parts on the basis of the same composition, but differing from composition of central part. Method for structure making includes the following stages, when the following takes place: - at least two different polymer compositions are supplied in the first "ascending" slot extrusion head by means of joint extrusion unit, and using this extrusion head, flat sheet of polymer melt is produced, which contains two welded strips on the basis of compositions; and then - this sheet is transformed by means of the second "descending" extrusion head into three-dimensional profile, which produces structure after cooling. Device for method realisation comprises two extrusion heads: - the first "descending" slot extrusion head is arranged with the possibility to produce sheet, including two contacting or welded flat flows on the basis of two different melt polymer compositions; and - the second "descending" extrusion head is arranged with the possibility to transform sheet into three-dimensional profile, which after cooling produces structure.

EFFECT: creation of specific cellular structure.
