FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to methods for production of flaky composite materials, having high stability to crack formation and flaking. Method for production of flaky carbon composite material with high resistance to flaking includes impregnation of flaky carbon material with polymer binder, which comprises carbon nanotubes, superposition of magnetic field in process of impregnation and polymerisation, besides carbon nanotubes are used, which comprise nickel particles, and magnetic field in process of impregnation and polymerisation is oriented in direction perpendicular to surface of composite material layers, with intensity of magnetic field of 15-25 tesla.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to produce flaky composite material with improved crack resistance and resistance to flaking.
