FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: hardening mortar of 100 grade is used in the form of a sand-cement mixture with a plasticiser, which contains clay, the required quantity of which in the hardening mortar is brought to 8-10%, at the same time detection of the required quantity of clay in the hardening mortar is carried out with account of a number of clayey particles available in sand used for preparation of the hardening mortar. The hardening mortar is fed at the permanent pressure of 5-9 atmospheres and injection speed of 1-2 m3/hour via injectors, which are installed with a pitch of 0.75-1.5 m and are submerged at the depth of an active area step-by-step.
EFFECT: method to compact cohesive dispersed soils makes it possible to increase efficiency of works by selection of rational composition of sand-cement mortar with clay plasticiser and accurate observation of process parameters.
