FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction of buildings with a reinforced concrete frame on pile foundations in permafrost, in particular to the construction of a basement floor unit with a column above a cold and ventilated underground. Method for constructing a basement floor unit with a column over cold and ventilated undergrounds of a frame building on a pile foundation includes the installation of a grillage on piles and a basement floor with a column, the construction of external enclosing structures. A fixed formwork is installed on the grillage, on which a layer of heat-insulating material is placed, while reinforcing elements are passed through them for subsequent connection of the formwork with the basement slab. On the formwork, the reinforcement of the basement floor and the nodes of the connection of the floor with the column are performed. By pouring a concrete mixture, a basement and a cement-sand screed are formed. In the extreme axes, after the erection of the frame, laying is carried out from small concrete blocks on the outer sides of the column, on which, to ensure the continuity of the heat-insulating contour of the building, a heater is attached with a snug fit to the ends of the heat-insulating layer of the basement ceiling and the subsequent installation of a ventilated facade.
EFFECT: ensuring the continuity of the heat-shielding shell of the building, reducing the effect of cold accumulation from a massive reinforced concrete grillage.
