CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF HIGH-RISE REINFORCED CONCRETE BUILDINGS FOR EXAMPLE WITH INDUSTRIAL PIPES AND TOWERS OF SMALL INNER DIAMETRE Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC E04G11/20

Abstract RU 2380502 C1

FIELD: construction industry.

SUBSTANCE: external and internal shields are made as pre-fabricated large-blocks, they are lifted with hoists installed on annular monorails located on erection site of hoisting device. Shields are lifted in series, thus being moved along the perimetre. Between the main shields, both between internal and external ones there installed are compensation shields. Shields are moved and installed on anchors installed before the previous tier is concreted. All the shields are consequently lifted and installed along the whole perimetre. When preparing successive tier for being concreted, there performed is combined independent lifting, non-registered as to time with self-lifting device installed on shaft hoist, of operating platform with suspended scaffolds suspended to it, erection site with annular monorails with hoists fixed on it, tent and heated enclosure with heat insulation, hopper, and lifting of shields of internal and external formworks with hoists. Before external and internal shield are lifted, there performed is installation and connection of reinforcement from working platform and scaffolds located in upper part of external shields. Space between internal and external shields is filled with concrete mixture delivered from hoppers with trolleys along working platform or with concrete pump via concrete-delivery pipeline located in one of the cells of shaft hoist.

EFFECT: reducing labour input, especially reducing construction terms, increasing of works quality and works safety, decreasing consumption of energy resources.
