SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction of reinforced concrete high-rise buildings with a small internal diameter, with a small slope of the trunk and a large wall thickness, for example, supporting towers and masts. Method of construction of reinforced concrete high-rise buildings with a small internal diameter consists in the application of a multicellular mine hoist, in which the delivery of concrete mixes and reinforcement in a freight stand, and the use of external lifting and shutting formwork, installed on consoles, fixed when lifting on mortgages anchors. Inner shields are lifted by the hoist, moving along the ring monorail. Shields are raised, consistently moving around the perimeter, and set in the design position by its lower part on the anchors of the previous section. External panels in the block with consoles and flooring on them are lifted from the anchors installed before the concreting of the previous section, move and install on the anchors, concreted in the subsequent section. Lifting of all external shields in the unit with consoles and flooring is performed by a lifting device together with attachments, necessary for the production of work, while before lifting the outer shields, each panel is detached from the concrete and the screeds are dismantled, pulling the outer shields with internal shields; The inner shields are left in the design position leaning on the anchors. Concreted in the preceding section of the outer shields, in a block with consoles and flooring, suspended on non-negative loads of suspension with lanyards to the mounting platform of the lifting device. Space between the inner and outer shields is filled with a concrete mixture, delivered from the bunker by carts along the work platform or by a concrete pump through a concrete guide, passing in one of the cells of the mine hoist. When preparing for concreting the next section, a combined independent lift is produced, not combined in time: they are moved by a jack-up device, installed on a mine elevator, a working platform, a mounting platform with an annular monorail with a hoist located on it, tent of the lifting device and lateral formwork of the formwork, bunker, hanging scaffolds suspended from the work platform; lift and install in place tali shields of internal formwork, and before the lifting of the inner and outer shields, installation and binding of the reinforcement from the working platform and the scaffolds located in the upper part of the outer shields are performed; the space between the inner and outer shields is filled with a concrete mixture, delivered from the bunker by carts along the work platform.
EFFECT: task is to reduce labor intensity, reduce manual labor, reduce construction time, improve work quality and safety.
