SUBSTANCE: proposed invention can be used for purification of ICE exhaust gases of harmful components. Neutraliser comprises metal cylinder, catalyst representing a sphere on metal carrier and catalyst presenting a needle-like electrode encased in turbuliser dielectric rod. The latter is arranged perpendicular to flow in metal carrier that comprises a cooling space. Aforesaid metal cylinder comprises reflector plates, each furnished with a bore.
EFFECT: longer life of neutraliser incorporated with ICE exhaust system.
