SUBSTANCE: device for connecting cylindrical elements includes hollow cylindrical housing made in the form of clamp with longitudinal slots, on which there arranged are washers made from material with "ЭПФ". Washers have the shape providing their mutual centering on clamp at mutual contact of their adjoining surfaces.
EFFECT: high use factor of material, low labour input during manufacture of the device and low prime cost of the device.
