SUBSTANCE: invention involves measuring operating time of a vehicle and comparing the operating time with given values of non-failure operating time of components of the vehicle, determination of distance traveled and comparing the distance traveled with given values of non-failure distance traveled, as well as indicating the need to replace components for which lifespan on operating time or distance traveled is close to limiting values.
EFFECT: increased information content.
