SUBSTANCE: invention is related to metering equipment and may find application in systems of surface transport vehicle operation. In order to achieve this result, vibration intensity is measured and analysed. Operational time is determined, as well as distance passed by transport vehicle under conditions of higher vibration effect. Transport vehicle shock absorber condition is analysed. By comparison of input and output vibration signals ratio to the specified value, as well as operational time and distance passed by transport vehicle under condition of higher vibration level, transport vehicle condition is assessed.
EFFECT: expansion of functional resources.
